ProPlanit began in 2005 with a simple idea: great experiences are built on great relationships. That year, Tina Halpain made the decision to leave her corporate job and pursue what she loved most—working with people, building meaningful relationships, and creating experiences that made an impact. With one employee, a living room office, and a lot of determination, she launched ProPlanit.

Not long after, ProPlanit landed its first event. What started as a small event planning business quickly grew through referrals, repeat clients, and a reputation for doing the little things right. Clients trusted Tina and her team because they knew ProPlanit cared as much about their success as they did. One event led to another, relationships turned into partnerships, and the business continued to grow.

As client needs evolved, so did ProPlanit. In 2008, the company expanded into promotional products, helping organizations strengthen their brands and create lasting impressions beyond the event itself. In 2012, graphics and print services were added, allowing clients to work with a single trusted partner for everything from event branding and signage to large-scale installations and marketing materials.

Over the years, ProPlanit has continued to adapt and innovate. When the world changed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the team found new ways to help clients stay connected. Virtual events became a critical service, and custom incentive and engagement boxes were packed and shipped to employees and teams across the country. Even when people couldn't gather in person, ProPlanit helped organizations create meaningful moments and maintain valuable connections.

Today, ProPlanit supports companies of all sizes through national sales meetings, trade shows, incentive travel programs, executive meetings, holiday celebrations, creative services, promotional products, fulfillment, and much more. What started in a living room has grown into a full-service partner trusted by organizations across industries to bring their ideas to life.

Yet despite all the growth, one thing has never changed.

    A living-room launch
